How do I pay for my booking?

Online, when you book, through secure Stripe Checkout. Your space is held for 30 minutes while you pay and, as soon as payment succeeds, you receive an email confirmation with your code and the garage's address and phone number.

Can I drive into the ZTL if I park at Garage San Rocco?

Yes. The permit for the restricted traffic zone is included in the price, but it must be requested when booking, giving your number plate.

What if I would rather avoid the ZTL altogether?

Choose Garage Silvani, at Viale Antonio Silvani 3/7. It is close to the centre but outside the restricted traffic zone, so no permit is needed.

Can I bring an SUV or a van?

Yes at Garage San Rocco, which has dedicated rates for SUVs, estate cars and vans. Garage Silvani takes city cars only: if you pick a larger vehicle, the site moves you to San Rocco automatically.

When does the full-day rate start?

For city cars, and for everything at Garage Silvani, the full-day rate starts from the 5th hour; for SUVs and vans at Garage San Rocco, from the 4th. In both cases it lasts until the garage closes.

How long does the night rate last?

Overnight parking is valid until 12:00 noon on the day after arrival.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment goes through Stripe Checkout, which shows the methods available for your country and device: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Satispay and others.
